We will need feeder sites and serving sites.
A feeder site is a high location where we receive the bandwidth for an area and feed it out to other smaller serving sites.
Serving sites are intended to serve a 4 to 5 mile radius. Ideally they should
also be located on a high structure on the highest hill in the center of that area.
